Your Pet Passport -Information close at hand

TakeMyLead will create a pet passport containing all the important detailed information about your pet. This passport will contain a photograph of your pet and list all contact, dietary requirements and medical information. A journal will also be kept to record information regarding any behavioural changes or training needs of your dog.

For each dog that is walked I will carry a small laminated version of the passport containing all relevant information that you have entered on the ‘Your Info’ page (This page MUST be filled in prior to any booking)  If required then this information will be close at hand.

TakeMyLead will always carry full photographic identification.

Security – House Keys

If you work and need your dog walking everyday when you are out, I can retain a set of your house keys.

All keys are stored securely and are identified by code ONLY. Names and addresses are NOT kept with keys.

If you choose to leave your keys with TakeMyLead I am just a phone call away in an emergency situation. You may be delayed getting home due to a traffic jam or unexpectedly called away on business, lose or have your keys stolen or accidentally lock yourself out.
