I have been using Take My Lead for several months now and am more than thrilled with the service that Daryl provides. Ruby loves her walks with the other dogs, and when I am away I have complete peace of mind that she is happy and well cared for. Darryl clearly loves the dogs and Ruby certainly responds to him very positively. What I particularly appreciate is the fact that Daryl willingly often does far more than the call of duty. When I was away recently, he kept Ruby for much longer each day so that she was not spending too much time on her own. He has even given her baths when she has rolled-and to my mind that shows real dedication! I like being able to watch the videos because I can see my dog having fun, and Daryl texts me to say that he has taken her, and that again puts my mind at rest. Nothing seems too much trouble and I have no hesitation in recommending the service to all dog lovers.

Rufus my beloved Italian Spinone had a wonderful 2 weeks staying at my parents and receiving fantastic dog walks from Daryl TakeMyLead.  Rufus is 2 and a lovable dog, although my parents love him dearly, they are unable to give him long walks, so I asked Daryl to take him out for a walk daily whilst staying at my parents.  It couldn’t have worked out better, Daryl came round to meet the parents and Rufus before and organised times of pickups.  Daryl is a very reliable and friendly person, Rufus loved the dog walks and the socialising with other furry friends.  We will definately recommend Takemylead to other dog owners and will be using the service in the future.

Daryl (Take My Lead) has been walking our labrador, Charlie, since February. Daryl is an enthusiastic and genuine dog-lover who is caring and well prepared. (We don’t know many dog-walkers who carry first aid kits for dogs.)  Charlie is always really happy to see him. Daryl varies the walks so the dogs don’t get bored and will throw in some obedience training to keep them stimulated.

We cannot recommend Take My Lead (and Daryl) highly enough. If only he was a childminder too …

Daryl has been walking our labrador Milo for the last three months. Darryl is always prompt and smiley! He goes over and above the usual dog walking time of an hour and indeed most days Milo is with him for the morning.

Its great that the dogs are taken into the countryside and allowed to run free and I think that Milo has seen more of the countryside around Harpenden than I ever will!

Another great touch is that fact that Daryl has often taken videos of the dogs and whenever I have seen any videos of Milo it looks like he is having a great time.

Chewbacca and DJ love going out with Daryl Dog. It’s been great for DJ to mingle with other dogs and a good stomp around takes the steam out of Chewbacca’s mischievous self when he returns to his lair. Can’t wait to see the videos of them in action always good to know what adventures they have had whilst I have been stuck in meetings. Daryl usually sends me a reassuring text post their excursions. They even had a cream tea the other day with Take My Lead! Am thinking of swapping roles with my mutts and sending them into the city whilst I romp around in the country……
